A graded card pack, or slab pack, draws one card from a pool of cards that have already been graded by PSA, CGC or BGS. Instead of hoping for a hit in a booster and paying to grade it yourself, you reveal a sealed slab with its grade and certificate number straight away.
Packs are priced by tier: a $25 pack mostly pulls slabs worth $15 to $40, while $500 and $1,000 packs carry vintage holos, modern alt arts and PSA 10 chase cards. The odds of each value band are usually printed on the pack before you pay.
Where the slabs are kept
The big sites keep slabs in insured third-party vaults: GameStop Power Packs and Trove use the PSA Vault, Beezie uses Brink’s, Collector Crypt and Phygitals split their stock between PSA, Alt and other vaults. Your card stays there until you ship it, list it on the marketplace or sell it back.
Check the certificate number on the slab page against PSA, CGC or BGS: it proves the card exists and matches the grade. On blockchain sites the slab is also a token, so you can see who owns it on-chain.
How to choose a slab pack site
Compare three things: whether odds and the card pool are shown before you pay, how much of the card’s value the instant buyback pays and whether it pays cash, and what shipping costs. A 90% cash buyback is standard; Lastpack and Rips by Triumph pay 100%.
FAQ
Are the slabs in online packs real?
On established sites, yes. Each slab has a PSA, CGC or BGS certificate number you can look up, and it is stored in a named vault until you ship it.
Which site has the best graded Pokémon packs?
Courtyard, Collector Crypt and Phygitals have the deepest pools of graded Pokémon cards in 2026. Gotya and GameStop Power Packs are strong alternatives with published odds.
Can I ship a slab home?
Yes. Every site in this list ships slabs from the vault on request. Most charge a shipping fee per card or per order.
